Skip tracing is the process of locating a person's whereabouts or, for our purposes, locating their contact information (i.e., wireless & landline phone numbers and email addresses).

The origin of the term comes from the word "skip" (as a noun), which refers to the person being searched for, and is derived from the idiomatic expression "to skip town", meaning to depart (perhaps in a rush), leaving minimal clues behind to "trace" the "skip" to a new location.

We provide you with up to 5 mobile and 5 landline phone numbers, as well as up to 3 email addresses.

Think of the results we return you with as the fuel for all of your marketing channels. The results can be used with any marketing channel; but, our most successful customers are using the data primarily for cold calling, email campaigns, RVM, and SMS outreach efforts.

Yes, we are able to skip trace LLCs, corporations, trusts, churches, etc.

You will find the "Get Started" button several times across the different pages of our website. Simply click any of those buttons or the "Get Started" tab in the menu bar at the top of the site. Once you click in any of those places a pop-up will appear, which will ask you for some basic personal information and prompt you to upload a file. We accept both .csv and .xlsx file formats; however, depending on what softwares you'll be uploading our data into you'll likely want to upload .csv only. Please make sure to click on the "proper format" hyperlink to ensure your upload is formatted properly prior to submitting.

Our checkout and payment processing is handled through PayPal. Simply use your PayPal account or checkout as a guest and enter your debit/credit card to pay for your order.

The order minimum is 500 records. That being said, our pricing plan is one price for all at $0.10/record for all orders above our minimum requirement of 500 records.

No. You can order from our service on an as-needed or à la carte basis and always count on our industry-best $0.10/record price. Please pay attention to our social media accounts for occasional promotions, which will allow for you to have prospects traced for less than $0.10/record.

We are only able to refund money for prospects that did not return with any contact information (i.e., no wireless or landline phone numbers and no email addresses). In order to achieve the highest possible number of contact matches for your prospects, please ensure that you’ve checked your file against our proper format template prior to submission to decrease any chance of a low hit rate.

Orders received during our office hours of 8a-5p (CST) will be processed and returned within one business day after the order was successfully submitted and payment has been received on our end.
